Music and Sound effects from Toei's 1967 tokusatsu series Captain Ultra, music composed by Isao Tomita. Although Toei had some great shows in the seventies(including Kikaida & Robot Detective), I'm more of a fan of their Sixties output(Devil Boy, Giant Robo, Masked Ninja Akakage). I included a Youtube clip from episode three below. Hirohisa Nakata, the actor who portrayed the good Captain, also appeared in Toei's must-see feature film Golden Bat alongside Sonny Chiba.

Now this looks like fun! Thanx for stopping by and dropping a line on a fairly regular basis, the damn blog keeps me so busy, I rarely have time to venture out on my own and visit anyone else anymore, but I do think about it now and then!!!
