I know that when you post something on the Whirled DoubleWide UnterVeb, it's like abandoning a child to a pack of wolves. So, since certain sites borrow my images without compunction, thus do I borrow back when I'm short of stuff. In actuality, I have the Liddle Wolfgang story somewhere, I just don't know where it is. It's one of my favorites though- check out panel five, page three. Gave ME nightmares!...
I still like the comic better than the show- Gold Key's Herman isn't a big, petulant BABY!...

I already loved that poem when I saw it in this comic! Liddle Wolfgang appeared a couple of times in the 'Rocky and Bullwinkle' comics - wish he'd made it onto the tv show.
The Gruesomes, Mr. & Mrs. J. Evil Scientist, Liddle Wolfgang, The Little Monsters- they ALL should have had their own shows! did i forget anyone? oh yeah, The Weird-Ohs and Rat Fink! and Melvin Monster! Mad Monster Party! Bob Hope Meets The Monsters?...
hehee..."it wasn't yours anyway.." says Lily! I enjoyed this very much.
It's never too late for a Mr. & Mrs. J. Evil Scientist TV show-- hopefully someone out there is paying attention!
i guess Mrs. J. Evil Scientist would be the sexiest pick, but there's something startlingly erotic about Mummy from Melvin Monster...
P.S. Thanx, Sue! my favorite line is, "Oh, for crying out shroud!"
Prof.: "Gold Key's Herman isn't a big, petulant baby."
Such observations, always briefly stated, are the hot sauce on great posts! Well done, my friend!
Oh, by the way - quietly, without much hoopla - you have crossed the Rubicon of 550 followers - not for nothing, pal!
thanx, Mykal. it's true i like to keep it brief and to the point, yet, even though you're much more ebulliently loquacious than i, everything you say is worth reading. i'd say we were a study in contrasts! there's so many people with something funny and interesting to say just from my limited experience with the blogosphere, so i try to yield the floor as soon as possible. and now, without further ado...
The artwork in Liddle Wolfgang is very fun.
I've been finding a lot of old 50s and 60s Mexican comic art and it reminds me of this.
Great comic!! So funny. I love The Munsters! I really like their designs in this, especially on Herman and Grandpa. Loved all the drawings though! Would you happen to know who drew the Munsters comic? It's so well done!
Great Wolfgang comic too!
