While this original DC version is totally great, I have to admit that Death Man is much more menacing and creepy in the Jap version (the artwork is more consistant too.) There's a great 3 part Clayface story arc too that is also excellent.
re: Japanese version-AND it's all orange and black!when i read the Death-Man story back in '66, i thought it was unusually grim and brutal. i still think so... Clayface? which issue was that?
