Surprise! I'm back early! I now present to you a truly unique comic book experience, Gold Key/Disney's three-issue experiment combining "Cartoony" characters with "Realistic" ones in an attempt to delight and confuse children everywhere...

Wait, is it "Cartoony" characters with "Realistic" ones or vice versa? Let's totally go for broke and imagine this comic book animated for TV and given the "Syncro-Vox" technology of real human (and mouse) lips super imposed over all of the characters like in Clutch Cargo!

seriously, this feels more like a comic adaptation of a movie that would have been awesome if they'd chosen to make it- it might've redeemed the Mickey Mouse character. they'd have to get rid of Walt's squeeky voice though. wonder who would have been the best voice actor for him?...

this is a great find sir! it's almost offputting. very weird. Maybe if they'd have given everyone a dog nose like with the people of Duckburg it would have been okay. Those dog-nosed people of duckburg confused me. what were those guys? surely not dogs. i wonder why carl barks didn't make them ducks?
