Ka-Bala The Mystic One

One Christmas I asked for Transogram's Green Ghost Game and got this instead. I guess my parents either got confused between the two glowing green games or the store ran out of the more popular GGG and they just grabbed this instead(I eventually got one, see this post). Ka-Bala was way more fun to look at than to play, mainly because the little ball wouldn't stay on the track. I ended up using that big eyeball for a bike decoration(my bike was green and had an awesome glitter banana-seat and chopper-style handle bars). Only the koolest kids dared hang out with me, of course...

Prof.: Transogram had it going on for the cool comic book ads. Just look at those panels! So well drawn, inked and colored. Those kids have clearly joined the cult of Ka-bala! Soon, the all-seeing eye will require more of them that than the simple spinning of a plastic ball - oh, yes, much more.

Transogram even had an awesome logo! -- Mykal

Wow, that's creepy. Every one of those pictures has a kid with dark circles around their eyes.

yeah, i don't see how that kid is ever going to pitch a winning game if he doesn't get out of the house every once and awhile...but that kid was me!

A very memorable ad from some great Silver Age horror comics, sometimes this was scarier than any of the actual stories!
