7 Big Monsters From Outer-Space $1

Talk about a Home Invasion! OK, you know the drill-
"well it is Most-ly, Post-ly" but not quite yet...

I always wondered how the giant Space Monsters and Frankensteins and whatnot looked in real life. The sketches in those old comic book ads looked cool enough that I always knew the real thing wouldn't measure up... now that I can't really track one down, I'm kicking myself for having that attitude as a kid!

Anyone ever actually see what one of these things looked like for real? I imagine a pool raft with sloppy eyeballs painted on it.

i think i've seen one in an 50's/60's era 8mm home movie- it looked like cardboard on a string...

I have the 6ft Frankenstein poster from FMOFL. It is two-tone green silkscreen over thin plastic (kinda like a white plastic garbage bag). It came in two pieces seamed at the waist and had glow in the dark eyes and bolts. They also made a Dracula poster based off of the Aurora box-top art, but that one is pretty rare. I'd imagine the Space Monster was made the same way as the others.

A few years late, but my mom bought me the 7 BIG MONSTERS FROM OUTER SPACE. We were both disapointed--balloons w/ cardboard feet....
